Conditions for Return
You may return your product under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Size or Wrong Product: If the product received does not match the size or product you ordered.
- Defective or Damaged Product: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@overtake.pt to report the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.
- Verification: Our support team will review your case. If we verify that the issue is indeed from our part, we will approve the return.
Return Process
- Shipping Fees: If the return is approved, you will not be responsible for any return shipping fees. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received, without any signs of use.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Important Notes
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
